Together, the HELP Committee and Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line strives to organize concerted efforts to recognize and constructively address the region's needs related to the prevention and education of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse and to inspire and enable young people, especially those who need us the most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.
